Add madness

Receiving what appeared to be a comment from an actual W-S representative on a Williams-Sonomadness post has gotten me thinking. Too much negativity up in here? Perhaps. Instead of griping about expensive stuff you don't need to cook (I'm sure it's a nice panini knife, BTW), it might be more useful to members of the blog-reading community to post about useful* gadgets**:
