It's full of bouillon. FOC Rachael Mamane gets some SE love, on her birthday, no less for her new stock and demiglace enterprise, Brooklyn Bouillon. There is no shortage of Brooklyn outfits with a business model that involves reinventing the wheel in a more organic, local, and sustainable way, but this is a different order of magnitude. The Cod is far from mad at, say, Mast Bros. and Gorilla Coffee, but lamestream chocolate and coffee is still pretty good. Even good commercial chicken stock is still not in the same league as home made, and commercial beef broth is always nasty. I've not gotten to testdrive these stocks, but I hope to soon.

Wait, is the name of the product intentionally spelled "Boullion" even though "bouillon" is the approved orthography for portable soup?

Nope, that was the Cod's mistake. Lemme fix.

It seems to be L before I in the site's logo as well. If not intentional, please pass along my request for one veal demi-glace as my proofreading fee.
Man, it's hard to point out spelling quibbles without sounding snarky!
