If I understand correctly, Sen. Tester is taking food from his home state, and putting it on his plate in DC. Well, it was a good idea in 2006, and it's still a good idea now. I hear that Sen Tester is also really looking forward to checking out The Knife, and is excited about this young fellow from Illinois.
