Mew is for murder. Do you think this is, God forbid, a Mars/Venus thing? Or just a cat people/non-cat people thing?

I don't remember laughing out loud at any point. And this line:"Although the transition from blog to book could have been horrible, overloaded with the kind of irrelevant asides that give such Web journals their immediacy, 'Julie & Julia' instead glides by on prose that alternates between buttery smooth and exceedingly, but hilariously, salty." WTF?

Fesser

(Max is referring to one of the books published by the author of the review.) And the lines the Dwarf pulls are bad in so many ways that it's hard to know where to start.

It is a sloppy, cobbled-together "review," but how is the name of the blog wrong? Wasn't it "the Julie/Julia Project" as the writer says?

Fesser

It would have been better to say URL, but I meant here:
"Before she even realizes what she's doing, she's back in Long Island City, making Potage Parmentier and a plan. The resulting blog (www.juliepowell.blogspot.com/) turned Powell into a celebrity of sorts, featured everywhere from CNN to The New York Times."

This URL goes to her new blog, "What Could Happen?" the blog about promoting the book based on the original blog. The original blog referred to in the quotation above is: http://blogs.salon.com/0001399/
and much more interesting.
