Heritage is well on their way to being a brand, especially after the head honcho was on Fox News giving the sales pitch a few days before Thanksgiving. Most restaurants serving hertiage breeds will definitely put that on the menu (standard practice when it's Berkshire), just like many places used to, and still do, put Niman Ranch on their menu.

Branding is just easier for most Americans to understand. Think about the "Organic" movement, and how misleading that word can be.
