NBC-Universal and Martha Stewart Omnimedia have gotten along just fine without the kind of exposure they can get from a mostly food blog with side interests in language, rap, and hockey, but I'm sure it can't hurt. I got on the list for Today, a daily email from Trio, because a friend works there -- it is hit or miss, as such things are, but the batting average is high enough that I at least glance at it every day. Today, they were effusive in their love for Bluelines, the blog spinoff of Blueprint, which I gather is the kid sister of Martha Stewart Living. As Today pointed out, the layout is clean, and I'd add unusually clean for a clog, and a model that the NBC-Universal stable of blogs would do well to emulate. But I would not bother mentioning any of this if Bluelines did not only come with the love for Del's Frozen Lemonade, but also share the news that you can get tubs of it delivered to your door.*
*Turn your speakers off before you click -- the website has the kind of intrusive audio rarely seen outside of the year 1998, or on chef's websites.
I hope you ordered that 10 lb tub she mentioned. Otherwise I might have to tell Cod readers that there are at least two copies of Blueprint in your domicile right now.

Is it blasphemy to suggest that the New England Lemonade beats Del's for lemon flavor? I will have to live with the shame, I suppose. That said, I've bought the Del's mix in the past (I like to think of it as "putting up for winter", Rhode Island-style), and it's more than acceptable for what it is. You might want to experiment with adding a little lemon zest or other additional flavoring, though.
I also cannot tell you how excited I am to learn that this movie has been made. It not only brings back (if only on the screen) one of the best things RI every had, it's my childhood come back to life.
