TGCs feelings on sous-vide cooking are no secret, and there has already been a post in the Crassmas series commending the non-purchase of the new Tom Keller jawn. However, Achewood (AKA light of the Cod's life, fire of his loins*), has a rather trenchant teatment of sous vide today. For your convenience, an okapi is pictured at right.
Is it just me, or does Achewood suck now? Just kidding, it's not just me. Achewood sucks now.
