So much drama in the Lil Blog Community:

Eater goes national, offers 25 smackers for you to shut down your food blog.  It's a peculiar move for the Curbed crew. It did attract attention, but it's been a long time since Eater was anything like a food blog, as the term usually gets used. And cue outraged commenters.* Also evident in this thread, slagging Serious Eats is emerging as an important activity for the significant subset of Eater commenters who like to think they are thisclose to bumping rails w/ Mario in the loo at John Dory. Naturally, this kind of thing provokes a response from the Cheese Sandwich Mafia. And speaking of cheese sandwiches, check back after lunch for an announcement from CSM enemy #1.
