Mariani plays a tune on his Uzi, and makes the sissies dance

Noted freeloader Self-styled critic and prominent heterosexual John Mariani settles in for a hairpulling slapfight  interview with Michelin's Jean-Luc Naret. The copy reads like Rush Limbaugh doing a Homer Simpson impression, though slightly more xenophobic than that description suggests. Naret is French, so if he says something negative, he "sniffs." Not sure why Mariani has an axe to grind here, but for the Cod, Michelin gets the nod over Zagat for being less like Yelp. I guess Esquire is now going after a less metrosexual crowd than the other men's rags, but they want this kind of thing, the Meatmen do it better than Mariani:
