The Cod saw where fave Sean Brock is cooking at the ATL Food Festival chez Parish w/ the chef from Parish. Cursory research indicates this is a new chef since the Cod's visit there, which did not go well. Would welcome enlightenment from ATLiens.

Just went to Parish for the first time, for brunch. Benedicts, grits, etc. were great, though brunch (being quite possibly the world's perfect meal) is its own animal. The Food Festival probably sent Sean Brock to Parish because of the space.
