Anyway, welcome. A good bit of the stuff that might interest the Bourdainians around here gets tagged "meat and morals," Including a recent discussion of factory pork and cookbooks that went ham. Sometimes we cook things. We like to spend time in New Orleans. We keep a wary eye on NYC. We read books, now and again. Just now, we're in the middle of a quixotic product to pair an artisanal pork product with each and every bowl game. We are committed to raising awareness of pimento cheese.
