Meat is Murder, if you're a patent attorney

So, some folks at Oklahoma State say they have found a new cut of steak, and want to patent it. I would like to patent the process of cutting an avocado in half, filling half w/ soy and half with Crystal hot sauce. I find this troubling, in that a series of cuts on an animal's body does not seem patentabel.  But I do hope creepy grapefruit guy has a good patent attorney. I really hope it's this guy.
