So Delta is doing a thing where you can apply to sit next to a famous person, in this case Sean Brock, on an airplane. It would be totally cool to sit next to Sean Brock on an airplane, but a few questions:
1) You apply via your LinkedIn profile. Not sure if legacy carrier + the social media brand that was Facebook for old people before Facebook was just for old people is the kind of synergy you want, but maybe?
2) The first one of these was riding to a TED talk with a guy who invented a watch. Are the Beard Awards like TED talks? That would be sad.
3) More importantly, do TSA restrictions mean Sean Brock would have 3oz, max, of Pappy for the duration of the flight?
Listen, I know and like Sean Brock, but I CAN'T BELIEVE that this is a thing. Wow.
